WHITE CHOCOLATE + GINGER MINI PAVLOVAS

 

Our most popular pavlovas made with glace ginger & white chocolate pieces.

Handmade in small batches and packaged with care, this gourmet take on a classic Kiwi dessert is simply delectable.

Inspiration for use:

  • Create a show stopping but easy to assemble dessert with our pavlova wreath: simply layer the mini pavlovas in a circle on a plate or board, whip up some cream and pipe or spoon in-between and on top of the mini pavlovas to create a more solid circle, then top with fresh berries or seasonal fruits and drizzle with passionfruit syrup or our plum drizzle

  • Crush up and layer in a glass with whipped cream and sliced strawberries; make a coulis by blitzing up some strawberries with a small amount of sugar and drizzle between the layers

  • Serve individually and top with our plum drizzle, whipped cream, and seasonal fruit for an easy dessert, or try whipped coconut cream and a chocolate shard for something different

  • Add to any dessert board or afternoon tea platter as a delicious sweet treat

  • Crush and sprinkle over ice cream
