SWEET CHILLI & SALMON PATÉ

Makes 20

Ingredients:

150g Hot Smoked Salmon

150g Cream Cheese

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Sauce

¼ teaspoon salt

20 Crackers


Garnish:

Asian Food Republic Japanese Coconut salt 

Finely chopped fresh chives


Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend together until smooth (roughly 1-2 minutes). Adjust seasoning to taste. Place in a container until ready to use - this can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Spread out the crackers onto a platter or serving board, top each one with 1 tablespoon of the salmon pate. Garnish each cracker with a sprinkle of Japanese coconut salt and some fresh chives.
