SWEET CHILLI DIPS

Sour Cream and Sweet Chilli

This is a great dip to enjoy with hot wedges, chips or nachos. 


200g Sour Cream

100ml Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli & Ginger Sauce

Chives to garnish, (optional)

Place the sour cream into a small bowl and swirl through half of the sweet chilli sauce. Once combined, add the remaining sweet chilli on top and garnish with fresh chives.


Soy, Ginger & Sweet Chilli Dipping sauce

A great dipping sauce for dumplings or spring rolls. This also is a wonderful marinade for meat or a simple stir-fry sauce for your favourite noodle dishes. 

70ml Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce

3 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Ginger Soy sauce

Finely sliced spring onion, to garnish (optional)

Combine the two sauces together in a bowl and add the spring onions.


Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese

This cream cheese is so good! Enjoy with crackers and smoked salmon, on a toasted bagel, with crudites or in a sandwich. 

200g Cream Cheese, softened

70ml Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce

1 tablespoon Chilli Flakes, (optional)

2 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce, garnish

In a medium sized bowl, mix your cream cheese with a wooden spoon or whisk until smooth. Stir through the sweet chilli sauce and chilli flakes until well combined. 

Place into a small bowl, add the remaining sweet chilli sauce and gently swirl through. 




Sweet Chilli & Tomato Salsa

A delicious salsa that is great with corn chips or any recipe where you would use a salsa. 

2 large tomatoes

1 spring onion, finely sliced

3 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce

¼ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped 

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon chilli flakes, optional

¼ teaspoon salt

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds. Then finely dice the tomatoes and add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Gently combine together and season to taste.



Guacamole with Sweet Chilli

Eat with corn chips, crackers, crudites and more.


3 small avocados, ripe (or two large)

¼ cup diced red onion

¼ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped 

Zest and juice of 2 limes

½ teaspoon salt

1 tomato, finely chopped, seeds removed

2 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce

Slice the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop into a large bowl with salt and lime juice and mash together with a fork until combined but still chunky. Add in the red onion, coriander, tomato and sweet chilli sauce and gently mash and fold together until combined. Taste and add additional seasoning if needed.
