SALMON, AVOCADO, CUCUMBER CRACKERS

Makes 20

Ingredients:

100g Raw Salmon (or smoked salmon)

½ Cucumber

½ Ripe Avocado

3 tablespoons Asian Food Republic Ginger Soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

¼ teaspoon salt

1 red chilli

20 Crackers

Garnish:

Asian Food Republic Japanese Coconut salt

Slice the salmon, cucumber and avocado into pieces, no bigger than 1cm cubes. Place into a bowl and add the Ginger Soy sauce, lime juice and salt. Finely dice 1 red chilli, removing the seeds if wanting less heat and place into the bowl. Mix everything well. Spread out the crackers onto a platter or serving board and top each one with a tablespoon of the salmon mixture. 

Garnish with Japanese Coconut salt. 


Notes:

  • Smoked salmon can be used if preferred.

  • This mixture is recommended to be used straight away.
