MINI PAVLOVA WREATH

Serves 4 - 8

This show-stopping dessert couldn’t be easier to whip up for your next festive gathering, dinner party or weekend lunch. Made easy with our delicious mini pavlovas, we’ve done the hard work, you just need to assemble everything!

This recipe will take you less than 10 minutes to put together.

Ingredients:

1 pack Asian Food Republic Mini Pavlovas (8 pack)

300ml fresh cream

Asian Food Republic Plum Drizzle

Fresh strawberries, sliced in half

Asian Food Republic Candied Coconut Chips

Fresh mint, to garnish

Method:

In a large bowl, whip your cream with an electric whisk until it forms soft peaks. Place the whipped cream into a piping bag.

Place the mini pavlovas on a plate or board in a circle. 

Pipe cream underneath each pavlova to keep it in place (if you do not have one it can be spooned on instead of piped). To create a smooth circle for the wreath shape; pipe cream in between and on the side of each mini pavlova to fill in the gaps. 

Take the cut strawberries and place them evenly spaced over the wreath on top of the cream.

Carefully spoon the plum drizzle over the pavlovas, in between the strawberries.

Sprinkle over the candied coconut chips to garnish. 

Finally, garnish with small fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

Notes:

  • This recipe can be easily adapted for more servings. We recommend using the 8-pack of pavlovas, however, you can easily double this recipe to cater for more.  The more pavlovas, the larger the circle will be, or they can be layered on top of each other to create more of a tower.

  • Strawberries can be substituted for any seasonal berries or fruit - raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

  • We recommend using the Asian Food Republic Plum Drizzle, however, this can be substituted for any kind of sauce you like - strawberry coulis, passionfruit syrup etc.
