CRISPY PORK & CHIVE DUMPLINGS

Our free-range pork & garlic chive dumplings are so quick and easy to prepare, not to mention delicious! Serve as a tasty entree or pair with rice and Chinese vegetables to make a nutritious, filling meal.

Ingredients:

1 packet AFR pork & chive dumplings

Chinese vegetables (optional)

Rice (optional)

TOPPINGS

Sliced spring onion

Sesame seeds

Sauce of your choice (we recommend our ginger soy sauce)

Method:

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and submerge the sealed bag of dumplings. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove bag from the water and open carefully.

Add a small amount of vegetable oil to a hot pan and place dumplings in. Cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pan and place on a plate, then top with spring onion, sesame seeds, and dipping sauce. If desired, serve alongside Chinese vegetables and rice.
